Terms & Conditions

The total upfront amount, including package setup and any selected extras setup, is payable at signup. It covers implementation and the initial 14-day setup period.

The first monthly service payment is due in advance 14 days after signup. If a delay caused by Autopilot Business Solutions means the agreed system is not ready by Day 14, the first monthly payment is deferred until the agreed system is ready.

Delays caused by the client not providing clearly requested access, consent or information do not postpone billing.

Subsequent monthly payments are due monthly on the anniversary of the actual first monthly payment date.

After at least one paid month, customers may cancel by emailing bradley@autopilotbusinesssolutions.com.au before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

If the customer cancels before any work has started, they are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

If the customer cancels after work has started but before completion, a pro-rata refund of the unspent portion of the setup fee will be provided based on work completed up to the cancellation date.

Monthly service fees are non-refundable. When a customer cancels, service continues until the end of the current paid period and no refund is provided for the unused portion of that period.

SMS, AI, email, phone and other metered usage may be billed separately by the relevant platform provider at their published rates. These charges are not included in the standard monthly service fee unless otherwise agreed.

Included support follows the agreed package allowance:

• • Additional routine support: $55 inc GST per hour.
• • Customer approval is required before chargeable work begins.
• • New features, integrations and substantial changes may be separately scoped and quoted.
• • Unused included support does not roll over.
• • Support is provided Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST/AEDT.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. These terms do not override statutory consumer rights.
